Delivery times and prices

Please note that we work to ship your order as quickly as possible; the preparation time of your order will be approximately half a day (always working days).

Our parcel service is provided by Correos España and its subsidiary in the corresponding country of destination.

There are certain dates of the year, in which our courier services may suffer some type of delay, due to the high volume of orders (eg, Black Friday, Christmas dates, Valentine's Day, etc..).

The company is not responsible for the delay of our shipments in case of adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc., since it would depend on the parcel company.

Until the parcel service confirms the final situation of the order, the amount of the value of the merchandise in transit cannot be canceled or reimbursed, despite the delays.

Make sure that the shipping information is correct, the company not being responsible, due to customer error, for the expenses generated by the return of the order to our offices. Shipping costs must be paid again for subsequent delivery.

After the parcel company has made two delivery attempts at the destination indicated by the client, the package will be deposited at the nearest post office for a maximum period of 14 calendar days. Your order will be available for pickup the next business day.

After this period (14 days) the package will return to our offices and the customer will lose the right to claim shipping costs.

Customer is responsible for any applicable customs/duty fees that are non-refundable.

We are also not responsible for the handling or loss of garments by customs.

Since we check that all the garments go in your order.

*For our part, we weigh each garment and take a photo of each package before it is shipped, to ensure that there are no errors.

Our international customers, as well as Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands, may be subject to customs fees/taxes depending on the total value of the order (we recommend that you visit your government's website for more specific information).

* Please all orders that have to go through a national or international customs process will need the customer's identity document (DNI) or passport if applicable, otherwise it will be impossible to ship the order.

Keep in mind that the delivery times and prices presented in the table below are estimates, the exact cost of your delivery will be calculated once you have provided your complete delivery address and before making your automatic payment on the web.

All orders placed and with payment confirmation after 13:30 pm on the same day, will be processed the next day for shipment.

If the weight increases, the price will increase proportionally, the web will calculate it automatically as we have written previously. The exact shipping options available to your country will be presented during checkout as well.

The admission of international shipments depends on our parcel company, since due to external circumstances (COVID-19, Customs or International Agreements) the list of countries may be limited.
