How do I make a return?
OUR RETURN POLICY
Return means the replacement of the product for any other or a change in size.
Customers have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the merchandise to make the change.
The procedure to follow to make a change or return will be as follows:
Send an e-mail to (shop@kailiswimwear.com) indicating that it is a change, the date of purchase, order number and the reasons for the change. You must tell us the product or products you wish to change, either by changing size or by another different product, to know its current availability. The package must contain the original internal and external packaging, labels and slip-cover (in the case of swimwear). All returned garments must be in the same condition as received by the customer: unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
*It is the customer's responsibility to report any problems or signs of wear on garments to our customer service team immediately after receiving your order and before returning any items.
What should I do if the product I received is not correct?
We do everything possible to ensure that you receive correctly the products you have ordered.
However, if you receive an item that is not the one chosen in your purchase, please contact us through our email as soon as possible and we will proceed to make a replacement and deliver the correct product.
The shipping costs caused by this circumstance will be borne by the company. We ask that you wear undergarments when trying on the products you purchase for the first time. The swimwear must be returned with the slip-cover that arrived, otherwise the return will automatically be cancelled.
Once the return of the package has been received in our offices and the condition of the garments has been inspected, we will proceed with the exchange as long as there is no anomaly. If, on the contrary, we detect any anomaly, the customer will be informed of said incident and we will notify him if his return is accepted or rejected.
*We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or that do not meet the above criteria.
Once the package is received at our offices, the team will take approximately 5-10 business days to resolve the incident.
Orders placed in PROMOTIONAL PERIODS, SALES or WITH DISCOUNT CODES GREATER than 15% are not eligible for refund.
We will not accept returns for combination of multiple orders. We cannot proceed with returns while a package is in transit, without final destination or resolution.
In case of withdrawal of the purchase, the customer has 14 calendar days to make the return, from the receipt of the merchandise. It will be necessary to fill in the documentation available at the following link.
Once it is complete, please forward it to our email (shop@kailiswimwear.com) in order to proceed with the resolution. The ways available for reimbursement will be made known to the client once they contact our team, with a term of 14 calendar days.
Note: Never make the change without first contacting our customer service by any of the available methods.
Returns from Spain
- Unfortunately we do not yet have free returns, but we are working to be able to do so very soon, return shipping and any reverse duty are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
- You are free to choose the shipping method you want for the return (preferably Post Office).
- If we do not receive your return at our offices, we recommend that you first contact the parcel delivery company of your choice.
-We cannot refund items not received. Returns that have been lost in transit must be claimed from the courier service you used, IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY.

Returns from Abroad
- International returns are accepted.
- You can send your return through the courier service of your choice.
- Unfortunately, we do not yet offer free returns for our international customers.
- Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- If we do not receive your return at our offices, we recommend that you first contact the parcel company of your choice.
